Rule 14
Determination of time period
(1) The speaker will set a time period to discuss the issues to be presented in the meeting.
(2) After the expiry of the time period prescribed in accordance with sub-rule (1), except as otherwise written in this regulation, the speaker shall present all necessary proposals to the decision-making meeting without allowing further discussion.
